I Called Vortex Pools because our spa heater wasn't working. Even though we're somewhat remote, I was able to schedule an appointment for the very near future. Kevin came out and was very thorough in his diagnostic, very professional but friendly, and tested everything he possibly could before rendering his results. I will definitely call Vortex if I have an issue in the future.

Its shocking how, common sense, and clear communication, makes you the top of any marketplace you work in. Vortex took over our account when they purchased the business we were using, and they are AWESOME. I never feel insecure or worried about the quality with what they do. They doing their job perfect. Not to mention today, we have a small repair for our cover lifter, and they didn't even tell me about it, they just fixed it! That is what I always desire is to be treated like I would treat them as a customer. Thanks Vortex!

Jets were replaced. I would have expected the Vortex people to notice the jets not working and not that I had to tell them. However, to their credit, they did replace the broken or worn out parts after I asked them to check it out. Please note this is an update to a months ago problem.

We have been using these guys for over a year now. They do a good job on both my pool and hot tube. They must be good to work for as my pool girl has been the same for most of my time with them. Rachel is consistent with my service day and keeps things looking great. She’s friendly and always has time to listen to any concerns I might have. Hanna in the office is great too. She’s has been helpful when I had issues with my billing. It was more of an issue with Quickbooks than Vortex. She’s always there when I need to reach Rachel for something. We have had to have work done to equipment and I like that I don’t have to micro manage their guys. They are efficient and keep me informed.Overall a great team of folks that I appreciate having their service.

We had our grandchildren visiting for a few days and were having trouble warming up our pool. Ashley was very helpful communicating our concerns and Kevin came in the morning to help us and Blue followed up in the afternoon to ensure that our grandchildren had the best experience. Their responsiveness was impressive.Patrick and Brian have been very professional answering all my questions about purchasing hot tubs and maintaining our pool and spa. Rachel cleans our pool and spa every week. She always has a smile and goes the extra mile if I have any problems. Shaun cleaned my filter and was careful to make sure that my pool room stayed clean. I appreciated his extra effort.

Pros: Person who answers the phone is polite and professional.Good availability of serviceTechnician was on time and professionalCons: The tech gave us a verbal and written summary that wasn’t accurate. They said everything was working fine on the tub itself. When we asked about the jets that weren’t working they said they couldn’t reach those areas to assess them (it’s set into a deck) but did not make a note of that in the final summary that was submitted and just noted all was working. We paid our invoice and sent an email.

Excellent service. The vacuum hose was split in half in our pool. Within 24 hours they came to the house and replaced it with a new one. Their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend them.

We pretty much knew what kind of hot tub we wanted and I debated buying one on line or locally. I am so very glad I went local and with Vortex Pools & Spas.They got the spa up on the deck with precision and care. They knew what they were doing and did not scratch a thing.They came back after the spa was wired up (we went 220 which required hard wired connection) and filled the spa and ran into an issue during startup with the GFCI but resolved it and the spa running the same day. Had I bought this on line I might have been struggling a long time.Locally customer service can be hit or miss but with these guys it has been great.I highly recommend Vortex Pool and Spa!

We can't say enough about Hannah and Shaun, they run a tight ship, a model local business, and it's always a pleasure to have Shaun over. We definitely get a feeling that Vortex looks to establish long-term relationships with clients and they always stand behind their excellent service. Unequivocal 5 stars and a grateful thanks for always taking care of us and our pool.—-Another successful service call from Vortex Pools & Spas.The quality of service, communication and responsiveness are all amazing with this company. We do get regular services, but this time we needed a more serious repair, as the water leaked out out of our hot tub. Ms. Hannah found for us the earliest possible appointment, kept us wonderfully updated. Mr. Daniel came right on time, diagnosed the problem, took initiative to procure the proper parts, solve the problem and left the job site immaculately clean and our spa all set to go. We hired Vortex pools to repair our in ground Hot Tub. They ended up causing a major problem. It was frustrating and I assumed it would be like pulling teeth to get them back out. But to there credit they stood up and repaired the problem at their expense better than it was. I would highly recommend Vortex pools as we all make mistake, but the mark of a great company is how they respond to their mistakes.

We decided to hire Vortex Spas to clean and service our pool and spa instead of trying to do it ourselves and I am so glad we did. It is such a luxury to have them ready to use at any time without testing and treating the water beforehand. We have had a few technicians for our weekly cleanings but Rachel is our favorite.. I absolutely can not say enough great things about Vortex Pools & Spas. I had a continually green pool, my pop ups hadn't been working for months, I had staining all over the pebble tech and my water was cloudy, dirty and gross. Brian came out and within 15 seconds, knew what was wrong with my pool. Told me what wasn't working and why, why my pool was green, gross and why it was stained and what direction we needed to go in. He described in detail how their company worked, the process, repairs, weekly maintenance, etc. That night I received an email quote to do the repairs (all options) and a quote for the weekly maintenance. We moved forward and the following week, my pool was drained, repaired, cleaned, stains removed and filled back up. My pool looks night and day different. I never realized how sparkling my pool could be. We highly recommend them.
